Although the location is ideal for exploring the Alabama Hills, larger groups may find the accommodations a bit limiting in space.

Staying in the original 1920's building was a blast, especially with the vintage door handles and bathroom tiles that felt like stepping back in time. I loved chilling by the outdoor swimming pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring. The ventilation system was a bit of a hassle since it blew cold air directly on the bed, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Had an awesome time staying here with my friends! The vintage vibes were cool, and we loved exploring the area, including Death Valley and Manzanar. The views are stunning, and the staff is super friendly. Just a heads up, they were painting during our stay, which left a bit of a smell but they handled it well.

The only downside was the strong paint smell while they were freshening things up. Luckily, they offered us a room change once we brought it up.
